I even met the pleasure to meet the woman who overseas the hotel and makes sure everything is up to par. There was so much to do as far as activities and the shows were great. "Our Expedia rep was excellent her was Janet or something like that she was awesome and help full, along with Enrique, Billy, JJ. The staff was amazing and helpful Now for the property it needs a whole new remodel and over haul of it’s entertainment, tv’s programming sucked no way to access YouTube, prime etc. The shows in the main area, it was the same routine every night and became a bore at 3 days into our stay. How many fire shows can you watch in a week."

"Resort is beautiful. Food is good some restaurants better than others. Room was beautiful with an ocean front view. Staff was very friendly but I believe understaffed. Getting a drink at the pool bar took 20 mins one day. Entertainment needs improvement. Gym needs an updates. Very small for such a big resort. More activities should happen daily instead of only weekends. Beach was beautiful, I booked adults only but had to deal with kids & all that entering a beach lagoon on the adults side. Took away from the exclusive adults only feel. "
