"The property and the booking experience were very disappointing. The pictures did not accurately depict the property. It was not well maintained, It smelled damp, there were holes in the bathroom door, and dirt around the sink. The room was not comfortable and the TV required you to use your own streaming service passwords which we do not travel with."

"Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside has lake decor & is very nice. On-site bar/restaurant & we each were given a free drink with reservation. Very friendly employees. Hotel is easy to find your way throughout. Large pool & hot tub area - hot tub jets not powerful but was relaxing. The views were amazing from our balcony. Nice clean room - small bathroom but we are only there to sleep so it was fine. Nice area to walk - downtown is maybe a 5 min walk. Plenty of parking. Front desk...

"Me and my family stayed in the cabin we had a blast. The property was great the cabin was clean no issues. We stayed for the 4th of July and it was the best decision I’ve ever made I definitely recommend to everyone. The owners came and had a party by the lake and they was great. Had a slight grill problem and it was fixed right away. We will be back best decision my family made Delton oak resorts 10/10"

"The room was filthy…tub had a mold ring around it, a dirty cloth was left on the shower rod, towels were stained, the sink didn’t drain (seemed clogged), sheets had holes in them, and a prior guests food was left in the refrigerator. Was the dehumidifier really necessary in the common hallway? Sure it had new floors in the room, but that didn’t impress after seeing how the minor cleaning duty’s were skipped."

"We found the pool and hot tub were out of order due to a leak. The pool was the main reason for our stay. The man at the desk cheerfully canceled our reservation and explained the amenities at the other motels in the area. Otherwise, we would have been very happy to stay at the Super 8."
