"The pros of the hotel is the location. The beach is only a block down. They provide you with beach chairs and towels. The cons is they only have 2 elevators which can create traffic during peak check-in/out times. The breakfast was very similar everyday and you will get tired of it, however it’s free. "Asked for a room for 5 people, arrived in the middle of the night to check in and found out we had been "upgraded" to a penthouse. It sounded great at first, but upon getting to the room, realized it was only a king size bed and a pull out couch, so we didn't have enough beds. Im pretty sure they gave my original room away because I was told at least 3 times upon checkin that they were fully booked.

Close walk to Waikiki. IHOP across the street. Fairly clean rooms.

"I really liked the convenience of the shopping and dining options being so close.
