Khách sạn Bear Mountain

"We mostly enjoyed our stay at Bear Mountain. Respectfully, The Overlook Lodge is closer to a roadside motel than a Lodge. There’s no staff on site or elevators, so fair warning if you have a lot of stuff with you and staying on the 2nd floor. This is probably a little nitpicky, but the lighting is so cold and it feels like a hospital in all of the common areas and the rooms. It would help a lot to consider replacing light bulbs with a warmer color temperature (like 2700k). Otherwise, the...

"We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Stayed here many time great place great staff"

"Staff was incredibly friendly and room was cozy and quaint. Perfect for a quick overnight stay!"

"The staff were very polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the entire hotel had a very warm welcoming atmosphere."

"Clean Facility"

When we brought these issues to the front desk, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We checked out immediately and would never...

"Great location for my visit with family. Clean and lovely room design. However, noisy from traffic on Rte17. Could not control air conditioning until under the window …too cold! Needed some breakfast items for the late sleepers. Would purchase something if Food was available. Had to drive elsewhere."

"This property was beautiful!! Everything was clean and thoughtful, breakfast was homemade, with options from the staff. Staff were lovely, so friendly. Roy, the golden retriever was a cutie!! :)"

"The front desk supervisor, Justin, was an excellent employee. Very helpful and very nice. Had a great overnight stay with my fiancé and dog."

"👎"

"We had a lovely one-night stay here on our way back to New York from the Catskills. The room was modern and spacious, and the hotel offers free parking and a heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good too. Overall, a really enjoyable and convenient stay. Would happily recommend!"
