"Our rooms bathroom could have used better care. The caulking around the bath tub had gaping cracks throughout along with mildew. Appearance is key. The outdoor property overall could definitely have been better maintained in the front entrance, gable roof and sidewalks. The rear outdoor patio for the guests to lounge was not maintained. The patio tables, chairs, chair covers and the cement patio was filled with debris. Leaves, branches and dust. Not appearing to the eye. The door going out to the rear patio will close and lock behind you. There is no mechanism for a key fob to allow you to get back in."

"Artist Colony Inn is located in the heart of Nashville’s retail district. A very convenient location to walk from shop to shop. Parking is provided and we had a delicious breakfast at the inn. "
