"Clean rooms and the one we stay in was big and nice! Pool and Hot tube outside where we stayed was nice! Great location! Great if you like biking, lots of trails! Mall is not to far away and beach! Winery is not to far and I like the local restaurants! Family-Friendly! The tennis court though is an eyesore, needs improvements bad. JL"

"Staff was very cordial. You have to secure a deposit and if you take out the trash, throw all the towels in the tub, and start the dishwasher. Very interesting since most individuals go on vacation to vacation!!!!! Would I go back probably not..."

"So this is actually a vacation club that they try to get you to sit through a 45 minute sales. The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like. First, check in starts at 4 pm and at 4:42 we received a call asking when we plan to check in, we were stuck in traffic. I thought this was crazy! Next, you have to turn down the sales pitch. They also give all adults in the party a thicker rubber band for the pool area, and if you do not turn these back in...

She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. "We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."
