"The lobby and front area of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and make a great first impression. The staff throughout our stay were kind, welcoming, and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, the rooms are quite dated and could definitely use a facelift. While everything was functional, the overall feel didn’t match the level of the lobby or the service. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the staff, but the rooms could use some updating to bring everything up to the same standard."

"Our stay was very nice! My dog had a lovely stay and it was close to everything in the area we wanted to see. The staff was also very nice. The room was clean but there was no garbage can in the room! I will say my only complaint was the safety. Twice we found the outside doors just hanging wide open. We also had an adjoining room but no lock on our side. I guess if there was someone on the other side, they could have just walked into our room! "
