"Staff were friendly and they had a good level of English. They were very efficient in helping me check in and check out of my room. When I went in to my room, it wasn't a smoking room like promised. When I took a shower, I felt like I smelt like I just went to the beach. a little disappointed there was no coffee bags even though it said there was a "coffee/tea maker". didn't see any free newspapers but that doesn't bother me. "Kamer volstaat en wordt netjes schoongehouden. Personeel spreekt geen Engels, maar ze doen wel hun best. Het vervelende zijn de doorgaans Chinese gasten die van het platteland Peking komen bezoeken. Deze mensen roken, rochelen en zijn nogal luidruchtig aanwezig. Zeker in de ontbijtzaal is dat ronduit goor."
