"It’s a nice place to stay"

"Checking in was a treat with India at the front desk. She's a darling! And, after checking out Sunday morning when I was already three hours away I had to call the hotel to see if I had left my credit card in the room. The young man who answered the phone was absolutely fantastic, looking through the 'card drop slot' and then going to my room and turning it upside down to look for my card. "We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....

"Everything was great"

"We stayed from June 30 through July 8, and unfortunately the housekeeping service was very disappointing. Our room was only cleaned twice during our stay. I specifically requested that both beds receive fresh sheets, that the room be vacuumed because of the sand, and that towels and toiletries be replenished. Only one bed had its sheets changed, the carpet still had sand on it, and we were left with just two towels and two washcloths. We made five trips to the front desk for additional towels...

"Needs updates. Musty smell. We could hear every foot step/jumping from the people above us! They did not have any respect for others! They would arrive late at night and continue with the jumping noise late and we had a hard time staying asleep."

"Overall, my stay was great. The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. The only other downside is there isn’t a huge amount of parking so if you get to the hotel later at night, all the parking spots are usually filled. The beds are firm, but I like a firm bed.
