"The staff were kind, caring and helpful. The rooms were clean, neat, tidy and perfect. We ate breakfast on site which was tasty and substantial. The location is perfect with everything you need/want within walking distance. The entertainment in the bar of a evening was great. A big tip would be to have reception book The Black Cab tour, if you were thinking of taking the tour"

"The staff was sensational! We flew in from the United States and they were able to get us an early check in (about 4 hours early). Sooo helpful and nice! Room was a little smaller than expected but was still comfortable. Excellent location! Hated they did not have any parking but they referred us to a parking garage that was a short walking distance. Room service is a limited menu, especially after 9pm."
