"The room was amazing. Everything controlled by in-room remote control. Love the dressing room and bathroom design. It was simply a great stay and one which you would expect for a high end 5 star hotel in London. We have stayed at the Dorchester, Savoy, Claridges, Goring, Mandarin Oriental and the Ritz, and we think we like the Peninsular hotel room the best so far. "

"This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms."
