"The property itself is beautiful, but the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor communication from the staff. I paid them to arrange local flights, yet they failed to provide any information afterward. After I arrived in Belize, I tried calling again with no response. I ended up messaging them on WhatsApp from the airport, unsure whether I needed to purchase a new plane ticket or not. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through calls, emails, and texts, I received no response for a long time. Eventually, my calls were ignored or possibly blocked. Fortunately, someone finally responded on WhatsApp and provided the information I needed, but by that point, the uncertainty had already caused significant stress. What should have been an enjoyable trip turned into one of the most stressful travel experiences I’ve had."

"I thought the property was very beautiful. Everybody was really nice. The pools were clean. Had a nice little beach bar next door where we ate many meals and enjoyed the company of fellow travelers. I love that it was just slightly out of town enough to get us away from the noise and and pollution from all the golf course, but close enough that it was just a 5-minute enjoyable ride to get anywhere or there was action."

"The hotel overall is very pretty and located about 10 minutes. Golf cart ride from the center. The food was great and the ground is beautiful. One thing to consider is that even though they have a private beach, you would have to book to both guide in advance in order to be able to get to the beach. If you miss the boat ride, you might not get an opportunity to get on the next one until the following day. In my opinion, it would be nice to have the freedom to go whenever you like and come back whenever you like. The other small issue we had was that we can hear our next-door neighbors really loudly, especially at night when they decided to stay up till three or four in the morning talking and laughing loud. It was impossible to sleep and we had to call the security. Otherwise, the hotel itself is very nice."

"This was our second time staying there and it was just as beautiful and accommodating as the first time. When we go back to Belize we will definitely stay there again."

"Small, new, modern hotel with a nicely landscaped pool area located near the Sir Barry Bowen Municipal airport. The communication with the hotel via Expedia messaging was excellent. They got in touch a couple of weeks beforehand, and I was sent information on how to access my room the day before arrival. The room was relatively large and included a kitchenette. Everything was like new."
