"My stay at the Ramada Belize City Princess Hotel was overall just okay. The hotel was clean and provided the basic necessities needed for my stay, but the experience itself was not the best. One of the biggest challenges was communication with the staff, as they often appeared nonchalant and not very helpful when assistance was needed. The night before an important conference, I attempted to arrange a taxi for the following morning, but no one seemed to know what I was referring to when I followed up the next day, which created unnecessary stress. The lobby was also extremely hot due to the lack of air conditioning, which made waiting in common areas uncomfortable. The rooms themselves were very basic, but they were clean and served their purpose. Overall, while the hotel met my basic accommodation needs, the customer service and communication could definitely be improved."
