"We had to call housekeeping for towels there was only one set of towels. Another man came up because we called to replace a light bulb on the lamp. Also the shower diverted switch which controls the flow of water between the faucet and the shower is rusted and we could not adjust it. So we had a lot of water in the bathtub. We tried the breakfast one morning and I had a bagel and it seemed to tough too eat. Also, in checking out a man at the front desk named Jason was not friendly at all. ...

"Staff is supper helpful but the building is old and not up to date, our room only had a very limited number of outlets. We coudnt run the frigde and the tv at the samw time. So it was either watch entertainment or let our food spoil. Also there was what looked like a bullet hole coverd in ducktape/painted over in our room. Bathrooms where kinda of a mess, body hear on the floor."

"Fabulous hotel on outskirts of Denver. Rooms are suites and have well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Large rooms with plenty of storage if needed. Good breakfast offering hot and cold items. Complimentary laundry facilities and nice indoor pool. All staff were friendly and professional. Very close to shops and restaurants and also Denver Premium Outlets. Definitely recommend if wanting a hotel near Denver."

"We ran into some medical things along the way n had to renew the hotel room for a couple more days and they were fantastic with helping us get that done, very polite and great customer service and then may i just say "wow such an amazing anonymous gift" from someone who gave us some items at the front desk. "This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. Level of a Motel 6. Couple major examples. Such poor insulation and windows, the outside and road noise is so loud we thought the "patio" door was open. The bathroom/shower was not clean and signs of dirt or mildew was evident on the shower walls. Don't stay here."

"Burned out light in the room, but front seat staff got me a new one. 11am checkout is too early. Should be noon. Breakfast looked ok, did not eat it. Not very many dining options near the hotel."

"A beautiful old building with period decor. Unfortunately, it has seen better days, but minor inconveniences were easy to overlook when surrounded by the beauty of the building. And breakfast was delicious!"
