"My experience from check-in to check-out was pleasant and fairly pleasant. There were only a few things I didn't love: 1) Please realize that you do have to pay $12 per day for a parking spot. This one surprises me given they have a very large parking lot and it was half empty during my stay. I expect this charge from hotels located urban areas where parking is not limited, but not at a location like this one. 2) The breakfast was the same as some of the smaller hotels I go to, with perhaps even...

"The staff is friendly and helpful, but the pool was too cold, the carpet in the room was dirty and dusty. However, the room had a wonderful view. The best thing we enjoyed during our week-long stay was the free breakfast and dinner, plus drinks, and the parking lot's location was safe."

"Do not stay here! The first room they lut us in looked like a crime scene or like a meth addict lived there. There was fire damage of some kind on back of the door, hair and stains on the pillows and bed, the closet was broken and had pen marks on it, and the odir in the room was nausea inducing! I cannot believe they would rent that room out. The front desk lady did move us to a better room, but she seemed lime she was mad that we asked and had an attitude. Just an awful experience."

"Back entrance was filthy, the welcome was filthy, floor was dirty with trash bits, dust and spill spots, windows and walls were gross with prints, marks, and spots. The room itself smelt moldy and was dark, dingy and felt gross. When I checked the beds and bedding the comforter was disgusting and looked moldy. The staff brought us a new comforter when we said it was dirty but didn’t bring new sheets or offer to change it."

"The kids loved being able to have waffles and that was really important to us. My only complaint would be that the bagels were a little stale but everything else was fine. We loved our room it was very clean and spacious."
