"The Origin Westminster is definitely a phenomenal hotel to stay at. Staff is very welcoming & helpful, room service staff was very thorough & always very nice. Rooms are always very clean & smell great. Only thing I can see that would cause an issue with others would be that the shower head is extremely pressurized. Restaurant inside the hotel is phenomenal! Every meal we had was excellent. Definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Denver! "

"Problem from the get-go. I arrived at around 11:20pm (due to a delayed flight). The front desk clerk was not present for a few minutes. When he came out he told me my reservation was not available anymore since I was so late and that I received an email explaining that, which I didn’t. He had a very heavy accent so perhaps it was lost in translation but eventually he gave me my prepaid room. My room seemed like it was not properly cleaned and there was a big red carpet stain next to the couch...

"For a cheap hotel we had an AMAZING experience! The breakfast was hot and good and the beds were SOOOO comfortable! We had some special requests among check in and they were happy to fulfill them. :) Overall a very clean and comfortable stay!"

"This is a low budget motel, not a quality Doubletree/Hilton hotel. Door to bathroom hits the tub. Nasty carpet, walls and mattresses. AC/heat does not work properly. Noise throughout early morning. Day shift staff beyond extremely rude. Upon checkout left phone in room and was not allowed to retrieve it until escalating. "I would recommend checking into the smell of your guest bathrooms in the lower level of the hotel. I have been here twice for conferences and the bathrooms smell like a sewer is backing up. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but we had conference attendees commenting on this also which is not a good look for a conference."

"Perfect suite for my daughter and me while she was receiving medical treatment. The staff was very helpful. Everything you would need. I took advantage of the laundry facilities and the gym. Daily breakfast had numerous options. Amazing amount of places to sit and hang out. We are back in August. I’m looking forward to using the pool while we’re there."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. When I got in the shower and was soaking wet I discovered there was no shampoo or shower gel in either dispenser. That was very frustrating. Everything else about our stay was fine."
