"Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the King bed was broken. The King mattress had visibly deep indentations on both sides of the bed, at least 8 inches deep that went to the boxspring. When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party."

"Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat"

"The front desk people were fantastic! The room was an accessible room. Handheld shower head was quite high and heavy. It was a tub-/not walk in shower (just be aware). There was no microwave in the room. I don’t consider a microwave an exceptional amenity anymore. Don’t remember staying anywhere without one for years. "I stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was good the first day. Empty the second day It wasn't refilled no hot water, cereal was empty. The bed had a problem with the mattress. It would move off the box spring. "
