"We do not feel the room was as described. It was not well maintained, and the overall condition of the unit was disappointing. The room we were assigned appeared to have previously been the manager’s room, as it was separated from the check-in office by a door that could only be locked and unlocked from the office side. That alone made us very uncomfortable. Additionally, the door did not seal properly. We could clearly see light coming through around the edges from the office, and the music...

"While this was a reasonably price stay for an oceanfront venue, we would have been happier spending more money elsewhere. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival but they only clean every other day. Sand on the tile floor is a problem and trash builds up quick. We only got one towel each for our 3 day stay there never any available when we requested more. Pet friendly but the smell of dog permates the air. TV remote only changed channels and volume, we had to get out of bed to turn it off....

Our door lock was faulty and every time we tried to open our door it failed and we had to go to the front desk and ask for help. Very inconvenient. The finale was at 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building under duress along with everyone else and wait 30 minutes until it was clear to return. "I really enjoyed staying here! The pool was so nice! It was such an easy walk down to the beach. The room was clean, with plenty of toiletries and towels were in the bathroom! The only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow, and the breakfast options were pretty limited - but of neither of those are a huge deal to me! I also really liked that even though we arrived before our check in time and our room wasn’t ready we were still able to get our parking pass and use the pool while we waited."

If you want a decent but outdated sort of room for a cheaper rate than other hotels then this is your place. They definitely need to do more preventative maintenance though as well because our automatic door keypad decided to not work 3x before complety giving out on us. While they were inspecting and diagnosing our door keypad, my 16 month old toddler was barely touching the wall next...
