"Clean hotel in a safe area right off Interstate 270 and close to several great restaurants."

"I stayed at this property a second time after such a great experience the first time. This last time was absolutely appalling to me! I checked in late very tired and ready to rest, even taking a shower I noticed in the bathroom there was a towel hanging on the door that had already been used no big deal because there still the right amount of clean towels. After showering finally getting in bed after laying for a couple of minutes I keep feeling crumbs on my legs and feet I tried to like dust them off with my feet and keep on to sleep but then I start itching and still feeling crumbs so I get up and cut on the flash light and notice a bunch of black pieces of hair and just crumb particles not sure what they were. My husband has t got in bed yet on his side so I go over and Che k his and notice the exact same thing! I instantly try calling the front desk no answer at this point it’s 3am we’re tired there’s nothing that can be done so I send a message to the hotel and use one of the covers on top of the comforter to put on bed and get some sleep! I wake up to phone ringing at 8am but no sound actually comes out, housekeeping banging on the door even though we have late checkout then when I finally check out the front desk staff lets me know they responded to my message that I sent on Expedia I check it and they of course are sorry for the inconvenience but will not be refunding or offering any compensation for their mess up ! Then on top of all that my husband has flea bites !"

"Rooms clean, staff friendly, location is great , nearby a lot of restaurants, gas stations, nightlife etc. "

"The room and basically the entire place had a very strong paint odor which made me nauseous. Also, a lamp was burned out in the bedroom and I was told it would be replaced first thing in the morning, yet two mornings later it still hasn't been done. We were over charged $100 because we booked through Expedia. But at check-in I was told I would still receive a special advertised rate due to our specific destination in St. Louis, and that the overcharge would be credited back onto our debit card along with the deposit for the room, but we didn't receive any credit back and btw there were no damages to the room or incidentals incurred. We left the property cleaner than it was when we arrived. The complimentary breakfast area was filthy and nothing was there to eat at 730 am I would not recommend anyone stay here. The constant traffic in and out of the bldg was next to our room door so we heard the heavy outside door slam shut literally 3 to 10 times an hour all night. Very disappointed."

"The hotel is off the main road but not too hard to find. The main parking lot is not large and was full when we arrived"

"The room was clean, the building was pretty. There was a beautiful area outside with a couple of grills and a firepit with comfortable seating. "

"Our room and the entire hotel were very clean. All staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Pool wasn’t too cold and hot tub was great. The 530 kickback with free drinks was a compliment to our stay. Parking garage was also nice and clean. Only two minor complaints was the shower head leaked a bit so the pressure wasn’t great (we just dealt with it, wasn’t a super big deal) and I wish they had some gluten free pastry options with breakfast. Otherwise we were extremely happy with our stay in the two room suite. Beds were comfy as well. "

"As of March 2026 end, the property was open but not finished. Main driving entrance closed to traffic. Contractors working -- loudly -- in various parts of the building...including sleeping rooms. No gym yet. No pictures on the room walls. No soap dish. Sleeping room a generous size. Nice desk. Good lighting. Make sure you know where your room will be before you head up the elevator. Staff still learning. Asked for a room close to the elevator and was assigned to a room all the way down the hall from the elevator and then, down another long hall to the last room before the emergency exit. Could not have been further from the elevator. Noisy in the morning since the room was close to the nearby road and windows seemed not to be sound-dampening quality. Might be a great place eventually, just know they are in soft opening but charging full rates."
