"Nice clean rooms . Staff was great! Showed me to my room. If you’re looking for a great place to sleep after a long day fishing or snowmobiling this is it. Only downside was no microwave in the room. "
"Pros: check in/out was very quick, super quiet
Cons: heat was set to 58 degrees in February, fridge wasn’t turned on, no black out curtains with a super bright light right outside the window, and plastic on the mattresses which made any movement wake up the entire room. There was also an open receptacle box in the ceiling and an unfinished hole in the wall under the bathroom sink."
"First off we were unaware that this location was used for DHS (homeless housing). We were in a bind and this was our only option for a place to stay that was pet friendly and could be booked day of.
The rooms were freezing and not heating for over 12 hours. The fridge was not working, the coffee pot was moldy, half the outlets and lights did not work. The door had one lock that barely worked and a deadbolt that spun and didn’t lock at all. There were drugs being used/smoked in the rooms Nextdoor that was seeping into our room. There were holes in the walls, random spray paint on the walls, mold in the closet as well. The building itself was not locked and anyone could walk in, there were multiple rooms through the building with doors wide open, if anyone walked in they could stay for free it seemed. The environment felt very unsafe. The staff was rude when we decided to leave on day two rather than staying the full 8 days we previously booked, we weren’t asking for a refund, just documentation stating we were leaving before our reservation ended. The front desk refused to give us documentation stating we were leaving and they also refused to give us the managers contact information. Later on we received a call from the hotel and they gave us a partial refund which we appreciate, but I feel it is necessary to warn others before booking that this place is not a family safe environment.
