"Lovely local area - very authentically Italian. However 40 mins drive uphill from main Como lake and city, 25 mins drive to the local lake area advertised on site. Parking extremely difficult as busy with restaurant and the locals. Restaurants/shops nearby are delicious and very cheap in comparison to down in Como. Views are beautiful and the accommodation itself if nice. "

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"Lovely little property in Lenno, excellent directions, clean apartment with comfortable bed. On the Greenway trail (walking path to ther towns). Very close to Lake Como, with boat stop in Lenno (limited service), much more options for ferries/water taxi just north in Cadenabbia. Only downside is you really need a car to get around (which we had); onsite parking is provided."

"Für unseren Besuch des Moon and Stars in Locarno sind wir im Hotel Sasso Boretto abgestiegen. Schon der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich, das gesamte Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber, nur etwas altmodisch. Das Moon and Stars zu besuchen macht aber angesichts der enormen Preise nicht mehr wirklich Spass, haben wir doch für unser Zimmer doppelt so viel bezahlt, wie es sonst kosten würde. "Die Colombo Residence ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage in überschaubarer Größe und toller Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub dort machen. Einziges Manko war, dass wir erst um 15 Uhr die Zimmer beziehen konnten. Ansonsten alles bestens!!!"
