The owner also never replied to any of my questions or messages making it hard to communicate any of the issues I was having. The room was quite filthy and the bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable due to broken mattress as well. "

Gabriele was very helpful once we started communicating through the app. The B&B is in an older building but the space is very clean, the owner is very friendly and made a great breakfast. The property is near the Napoli Centrale train station which make is really convenient."
