It’s down an alley with no sign on the little tiny street. Luckily, I inquired in advance about a parking lot. Without that name, we might still be driving around! "Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack. "Staff were very helpful with questions about the area and anything we needed. We arrived late into the evening and picked up two pizza's and some Peroni beers assuming we could eat in the garden area or the lobby seating area (plenty of it and very private), but the hotel rules do not allow. Its likely because it has bar service, but we ate in the hotel room so not a problem. "Bed was amazing! Room was quiet and very clean. Conveniently located for food, sightseeing and shopping. Everything was walkable! Probably would not have found it on my own; thankful for the arranged taxi service from the airport! Stayed 3 nights before a cruise & was great! Would definitely stay again if I return to Naples.
