"We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. Rooms are clean and perfect for what you need. Beds comfortable and hot showers. Staff is amazing and very kind, helpful and responsive. "Beautiful building and interior decoration and the room was big even for 4 people. Warm and welcoming staff who were very helpful before and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room earlier than the usual times, which we had requested because we had to leave early. Would definitely recommend! "

"Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting. "

"The description in Expedia is misleading, the property is like Airbnb or guest house, it has only 6 rooms un 3rd floor in old building, there is one small old elevator. The receptionist is rarely there, but they communicate well on WhatsApp. The reception, kitchen and breakfast area are all in small rooms. The best thing about this property is very large clean remodeled bathroom. It doesn't worrh the price. "
