"This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! "Firstly this a lovely place to stay in old Naples. Comfortable bed, good aircon, nice shower. The breakfast is a voucher for a small cafe bar up the road offering a drink (coffee/juice) plus a croissant, small pizza or sfogliatella. Nice to start the day off but dont expect a full breakfast. The biggest challenge for us was the 6 flights of stairs to reach the 2nd floor reception with no lift! Not an easy task with 2 large suitcases plus hand luggage. "This is not really a hotel but a serviced Bed & Breakfast within a multi-use building. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. It was a 5 floor walk-up to the room or a 20 euro cent coin to use the elevator (2 people max or 1 person/2 luggage). The breakfast was basic but delivered promptly. "Do not book this place. They market themselves as a bed and breakfast but what is really going on is that they have rooms in various apartment buildings across the neighborhood. There is no front desk, no breakfast location and the instructions to get into these buildings are very complicated. The first room I had was in a bad location that felt unsafe and my room did not have a window. It had an opening to a porch space that was completely inhospitable. "Stanze bellissime e funzionali e pulite e moderne. Un plus la macchinetta del caffè e per il te. Non è propriamente un hotel, sono delle stanze in un piano di un palazzo su corso Umberto, come molto B&B (ma anche hotel) a Napoli. Si sente la mancanza di una hall. Non offre una colazione (si può pagare un ticket perché il bar porti la colazione). Personale giovane e disponibile."

"The room was super cleaned, AC works great, the location is great and breakfast was excellent. Simple fresh fruits , yogurt, tea, excellent espresso coffee, and freshly baked croissants with mini baguette with salami and cheese. The only thing could be improved is the wifi signals.
