"The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel.
Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples.
The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below.

"This room was perfect for our stay in Naples. The main floor had a big bed (possibly a king), and there was a cozy loft with a daybed. We appreciated the abundance of hangers both upstairs and down, along with a railing for hanging clothes. The small balcony overlooking the lane below added a lovely touch of charm.

"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...
"Located in the heart of the historical centre is great but lively. 1 night we heard loads of fireworks going off around the corner for 10 minutes for seemingly no apparent reason. It was also tricky to get to from train station. Metro was closed so we ended up walking. Even in a car, the area is not accessible. The place itself was stylishly furnished and the balcony overlooking the popular tourist street was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
"The team running this B&B are extremely kind and thoughtful. Breakfast is big and tasty, with lots of variety! Rooms are clean and the bed/pillows are very comfortable. The location of this hotel couldn’t be better for night life and food. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Francesca and the Melrose staff were hands on “All the time” Great location, only a few feet away from Spacca Napoli. Great Bars next to the location, great drinks. amazing vibe.

"We stayed one night. The owner was very communicative with check in times to make sure he could be there to let us in and explain everything.
It's a small, personal business so not a typical hotel . You need to order your breakfast then evening before but the croissants and bread were delicious.
We had a family room which was large, the air conditioning was great and amazing as it was so hot in Naples, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was powerful.
All in all a great place to stay and...
"This is a family run business, and they were excellent and welcoming. The son of the family welcomed us upon arrival, and the father checked us out the next morning. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"Marco and his assistant were absolutely amazing! Fully renovated room, AC, two balconies, place is walkable to port, Toledo, pretty much all historic landmarks of Naples… we’ve taken a tour to Pompei, they picked us up, within 2 minute walk from the property. Marco used WhatsApp, so if you travel without local cell service- not a problem, WiFi is enough, and he was able to open everything for us remotely, even when no one was around. Breakfast served in the room… I was super happy :)"

From the charm of the building, the comfort of the room, the delicious breakfast, the small cozy environment and the absolute graciousness and hospitality of the owner and her son- it was a wonderful experience. The area of location was convenient but I found this part of Naples dirty. You definitely capture the “old feeling “ of Italy here. "
"Wow we were so surprised. When you get on the street - if before lively dinner you may question what you booked. Or when you enter the reception lobby which is tiny filled with suitcases with no closet. BUT wait. You will be pleasantly surprised the rest of the hotel was huge and amazing. Staff are overly nice and make you feel at home. The rooms were big, comfortable beds and they way the set up our room for kids was perfect.
