"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hidden gem. To begin, it is through a door in plain sight, but you can't tell which one, which makes it fun. You have to be buzzed in by the hotel that gives you an extra layer of security. The lobby is beautiful with a stunning chandelier. Our room was spacious with THREE balconies. The staff was wonderful, made arrangements for us to get a taxi before the strike starting in the a.m. and gave us a large breakfast bag to go at 5:30 a.m. Also a good location for us to get to see a small but great shopping section of Naples and the streets."
