"We requested early check in and they were Sao good about in! So kind and helpful. Room was clean. Only 2 towels which was fine but there were 4 listed on the reservation. This was our second stay here and it was another wonderful experience. Pool was not open but we did not intend to use it. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Good breakfast!!"

"The location was great. Easy walk to music row. The price was lower than other hotels in the area and the parking was much cheaper. The hotel itself is old and not in great condition. It did look like they were renovating some of the rooms though. "

"We stayed in March 2026 with my family. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was perfect size. Spacious living room and kitchen. Everything was very clean. Front desk staff was always nice and professional. Saleema was kind and helpful. Great location walking distance to some restaurants. Short ride to Broadway. We will definitely return! "

"Staff was great our whole stay! We even left an item that was important to my kids, and they were all incredibly helpful. They stayed in contact for updates about shipping the item back. Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs there. "

"The breakfast was mediocre; no yogurt, no fresh cut fruit, the only gluten free items were the eggs, cheeses and meats. Not bad but kids might really like toast or bagel or any kind of carb. The shower light didn’t work night 1; the other light in bathroom failed day 2. They did replace both bath lights right away. They cleaned my room once in 4 nights/5 days. I reported all of this to different mgrs on site each day. "

The stay was fine however a few things u might address: the sink faucet in the bathroom does not stay in position, the shower door does not stay closed and water flows out of the shower onto the floor. The bathroom floor is slippery with or without the water leaking from the shower. Great location, very comfortable beds. "
