"Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. Pool area was clean and perks (daily snack service at no cost and free drinks each evening) made our family trip a wonderful experience. Highly recommend."

"Had a rough stay at the Inn at Rockaway. Thin walls made it hard to sleep with noise from neighboring rooms, water pressure was a trickle, and the mattress was super uncomfortable. No screens on windows, and the parking lot was full so I ended up parking on the street. Broken chair in the room didn't help. Ocean view was the highlight, but wasn't enough to make up for it. Price was okay, but wouldn't recommend unless you're on a super tight budget."

"This hotel is lovely! It has someone outside always ready to greet you, which is really a nice touch. The room was nice, no coffee or tea in the room, but free tea and coffee downstairs until 10:30am. Location is amazing, it is two blocks from Fishermans’s Wharf, so you can easily walk to all the action. There were fireplaces all around, and they had an outdoor patio where we cooked s’mores on the fire on sat night. (The hotel provided the s’mores kits). That was a fun thing to do. Only thing I...

"I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient early and late opening hours. However, my son was bitten multiple times on his arms, back, and legs by a large insect or mosquito. Despite moving our room, the damage was already done. They requested that I send pictures to the manager, but I never received a response. I wish they had done more to put me at ease, but overall, I had a pleasant stay with a hot shower and a super comfortable bed. "

"Our suite was very clean. It was spacious, elegant and comfortable. Best of all - the location was perfect. In the heart of a fabulous neighborhood. Full of fun things to do all day and well into the evening. We loved our stay."
