"stayed there 8 days on multiple reservations as we were dealing with issues in our apartment and had an unpredictable schedule. Staff was great in making the check out and check in process smooth. Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress.
As mentioned before, hotel is quiet, room clean, othee guests were polite. Good convenient location. "

"This little hotel is an absolute hidden gem in Petaluma…so charming and thoughtfully done. The staff were outstanding: warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I’m really glad I discovered this place, and it will definitely be my go-to whenever I’m in town.
