"Restaurant is good"

"First off, the property location is the best if you want to stay in time square. Very convenient walking every where and very easy to look for food. The breakfast was the same every day so you can plan what to eat on your first day and try a different one on your next days. The room is very cramped for a family of 4, we got the 2 double beds. It’s hard to move around especially when have 4 luggages but I think this is what you pay for the location convenience. The room is clean but they rarely come to clean it while you’re there and sometimes they don’t even check if you still have shampoo or shower gel, I have to call for refill which they did right away. The air con or heating is very noisy. Elevator can be crowded may take time to use but it worked out for us. "

"The free breakfast package didn’t have enough variety. Not enough healthy items and service was slow. The thermostat never worked right in our room. It was either too cold or too hot all week. I really couldn’t believe that this hotel for as much as it cost didn’t have a concierge in it for info on what to do and see in NYC and for buying tickets for activities. The main advantage was the location of the hotel right in Times Square and near a lot of theaters. It would have been nice to have soundproofing in the rooms, however."

"Overall it was a good stay. When we booked via hotel.com, it listed our room including balcony/patio. I did research and found this hotel did not have any balcony. Anyway, it was okay w/o balcony. However, we were placed on 2nd floor. Window is no sound proof. It was pretty loud. Room is small, generally clean. We love the hotel location. "
