Property is nice for a family and safe area. Maintained well. Great response. Not walking distance to restaurants or shopping which could be a plus.

The property was well secured and upon arrival everything was in order. Soon after settling in the trash was not taken out as required by the prior tenant. Surfaces were not cleaned well (the dinning room table had crumbs), there was pet food around the dog bed, toilets were not flushing well, the dishwasher failed to fill once, and one of the stove burners would not shut off (we contacted the management company to resolve that). Beyond this, beds were comfortable. the house was located in a centralized area with easy access to shops and food.
