Quick, overnight stay and so pleased to see that the new owners are carrying on the vibe of this fun place! Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and a joy to visit with. Still the best part of the stay is the property with it’s multiple options of enjoying the outdoors.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4. Easy to get into town for shows at the Amphitheater and just as easy to get up to the Cascade Lakes. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperatures. Beds were new and comfy. Will definitely stay here again.

We really loved it. Good location staff was super helpful and nice. I like how they have refurbed the place. The heating and AC units are a little loud but if I had to pick anything that's it. We'll definitely be coming back.

This is an old school type lodge. The rooms are nice but a bit dated and not very bright. Really great for mountain bikers. The pool and spa are nice too. They have live music outside on Sundays, but I only found out by accident so they could probably do a better job of telling people about it. It’s a 10 minute drive to get into town, but you’re in good spot to go hiking in the national park or other spots.

Staff provided excellent customer service. Good location. Our beds looked made after we spent our first night, however when we climbed in the sheets underneath hadn’t been done. This felt sloppy and disappointing. No rugs on the floor was also disappointing as it was a bit chilly. No closets felt a bit weird. TV was too small for the space. Overall an 8 out of 10.

I had the honor of being their first guest, and I have to say this team and property are my absolute FAVORITE anywhere. What a joy everyone is, so kind and thoughtful, the details they’ve put into the property are incredible. The beds are brand new and I got the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. The setting is serene and gorgeous. Everything is clean, and not just works, but thoughtfully planned out for a truly best guest experience. I would stay longer if I could, and I’ll certainly be back! Cannot recommend enough!

Wife and I stayed with our two dogs and absolutely loved the trailhead lodge. It's just outside of town to still maintain a scenic vibe but within minutes of everything to do in Bend. Also conveniently located to various hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again when in Bend!

The front desk staff were very helpful and quick. The hot tub was great. The rooms were quiet and roomy. The general area of the property was just very comfortable and made we want to stay longer. It is away from city center but not too far. My husband liked the coffee! Just a lovely place!

Great stay. Property is quiet. Room was large, clean and comfortable. My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is that the parking lots could sure use repaving. Front desk staff was very helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

We love staying at Trailhead Lodge! It has everything you could possibly need, and who doesn’t love having espresso and beers on tap in the lobby? It’s in a great location with easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to coming back!

Trailhead Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. It’s nestled in the woods and it’s very comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a great stay. I would encourage others to go to the trailhead Lodge.

this is THE hotel if you are heading to the cascade lakes highway. It was a perfect stop before and after our backpacking trip up to green lakes. 25 min to the trailhead is unbeatable!

We had a most excellent time here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hot tub and pool were great! They really were a pet friendly place, with a nice dog park area. They even gave us a water bowl and some tennis balls for our two dogs. The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. There was a live band outside the front office and it was very nice too. It was quiet and serene and was quite the most comfortable place I have been to in Bend. Was really impressed and definitely will be back!

This place exceeded all my expectations. Perfect location to tour all the lakes & close to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, the hot tub and pool were clean and kept up. The staff was amazing with recommendations and helpfulness! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Not to mention ruin the hiking path next door, the fabulous fire pits and hammocks. Definitely a fun place for all types of visitors. I definitely will stay here again
