"The perfect getaway in a quiet Italian village, away from all the noise of big cities! It was close enough to a small city to get what you needed but none of the traffic and noise. Staff was peasant, place was comfortable, and the 360 degree view of the surrounding area was breathtaking! Would recommend to anyone looking for a get way from the grind of daily life and loud, noisy cities!"

"This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. "The hotel is placed on a beautiful high spot looking out over the local vineyards. With a number of high quality restaurants in the area, there are plenty of options to taste some of the excellent local foods. We did not try the hotel's own restaurant, apart from breakfast (which was excellent). All the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms are very spacious and tastefully appointed. This was a great stop on our mini tour through Italy and we'd love the opportunity to come back."
