Great complex

A great complex. We stayed in a 2-bed villa and this still gave access to the hotel if we wanted it. Breakfast also included. Great setup. Only 10 euro taxi to Benidorm

Comfortable charm

A great resort spot to enjoy the sun of Spain away from the chaos of Benidorm. Modern updated amenities made it very comfortable. We stayed in a Casita that was grouped with a few others around a pool so it felt private but didn't have a long isolated walk. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

The villa was an adequate size for our family of 5. The cleanliness was not great in the bathrooms and it was a little worn in areas. Could also do with a kettle for hot water as we had to constantly use the instant coffee machine refilling the container several times so get a cup of hot water.

Family trip

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations given the price. The room was not clean enough upon arrival, which was a big letdown. Basic supplies were missing—there was no detergent for washing the dishes or to use the washing machine, which made it inconvenient. Also, the coffee capsules provided at check-in were never replenished during the stay, which felt like poor service for a hotel at this price point. Overall, it didn’t feel like good value for money, and I would think twice before booking again.

Worse than expected

When we walked through the door, we were instantly met with two spiders crawling around on the floor. As a family who contains lots of people with a phobia of spiders, this instantly gave off a bad first impression. We thought it would stop, but they kept appearing in beds, mirrors and floors, as well as it had spiderwebs inside the villa. When we went outside to our garden, there was a dead rat outside, which is disgusting and unacceptable. The bathroom upstairs had the most creakiest floorboards we have all ever heard, it was absolutely awful and people going to the bathroom at night would immediately wake up everyone because of the loud noise. The website stated that there would be a bar, restaurants, a mini market and a «kids club» at the location of the villas, but there was nothing there and if there was, it was closed. We then had to walk 15 minutes to just get food, which was incredibly depressing in the intense heat. Not only that, but the food was average as well, which would lead to us having to drive around. (Unless you rent a car, you’d have to get taxis every now and then which would lead up to a cost). The receptionist were kind enough, and provided us with some information about the place. Our room had beds for 6 (2 double beds, one sleeping couch which turns into a double bed) but it was apparently only fit for 4 people and they charged us extra when my husband arrived (which made us 6 people in total)

Petit lotissement individuelle avec piscine. Vraiment très propre je recommande pour les familles. Au globale le bémol est au niveau de la restauration au petit déjeuné. Le chef de rang est désagréable et vrai pas accueillant. Ne parle ni français ni anglais seulement espagnol. Dommage pour un tel hotel.

Es la segunda vez que vamos y a diferencia de la primera, debido al cambio en la gestión del complejo, han eliminado el restaurante Almadraba. Con lo que todos lo huéspedes del complejo de villas, nos desplazan con transporte en casa una de las comidas al hotel. Todos lo huéspedes del hotel y las villas hacen uso del mismo restaurante, con lo que se forman largas colas en horas punta. Esto hace que pierda el encanto que tenía, ya que la zona del restaurante de la Almadraba junto con el bar, era una zona exclusiva para los huéspedes de las villas.

Séjour en demi teinte , déçu du logement

Déçue par le complexe, cela ressemble plutôt à des Mobil homes en duplex, le sol en mauvais état et grince à chaque pas, aucune intimité, vis à vis de monstre , par contre les bassins privés est une plue value ( sauf quand vous avez des voisins très très bruyants) points positifs des entrées aux parc Terra Mitica et Moundomar offerts, petit déjeuner copieux et navette non stop toute la journée des appartements vers l hôtel

Disminuyendo calidad de año en año

Llevamos varios años acudiendo a estas villas desde su inauguración. Año tras año, han ido recortando servicios y este año, lo han vuelto a hacer. Han cambiado los propietarios, el nombre y con ellos, los servicios se han visto tambien recortados... - Hasta el año pasado, disponían de un restaurante a la entrada de Iberia Village(a unos 200m andando desde la recepción de las villas), donde se hacian los desayunos... este año, para desayunar, tienes que desplazarte al edificio del hotel, situado a casi 1km, en donde comparten espacio tanto los huéspedes del hotel como de las 144 villas. Distancia, tiempo, colas... - El mantenimiento de las villas, va dejando visible el paso del tiempo. Nos hemos alojado en una villa dúplex, con filtraciones en la ducha del baño de abajo, saliendo el agua al salón. Intuyo que conocían la situación, pues cuando entramos a la villa, habían bolsas con la ropa de cama de los anteriores huéspedes en la entrada,basura... y una moqueta empapada. Además del rodapié despegado y el suelo vinílico roto en la zona afectada. Por cierto, las bolsas de ropa y basura estuvieron en nuestra entrada hasta el día siguiente. - Las televisiones no funcionan. Imágenes congeladas, internet no disponible... contestan que las tv's son una concesión a empresa externa... - Hormigas en el interior de la villa. En la terraza y piscina, lo veo normal, pero dentro... Todo ésto, no lo veo asumible en un sitio de 400€/noche.

Estuvimos varios días, y la noche del sábado al domingo parece que estaba lleno o casi. El desayuno del domingo muy mal organizado y demasiada gente. El resto de días mejor. En recepción no son especialmente agradables ni simpáticos, en general, aunque otros trabajadores como en la entrada del restaurante o en el mismo, si lo son. Además, sigo esperando que respondan a un mensaje que les envié al realizar la reserva, 2 semanas antes de alojarme. Esa parte de la atención muy deficiente. Al igual que mal otras cosas de la estancia, como que en las villas solo reponen el café el día de la llegada, pero el resto de días no. Creo que debe ser de los pocos sitios que funcionan así con el café (capsulas y sobres, ambos). O que no hay nada para fregar los platos / vasos que puedas ensuciar (ni estropajo, ni jabón, ni capsulas del lavavajillas que sí está), pero tampoco lo limpian al hacer las habitaciones. No sé cual es la expectativa, limpiarlo con agua solo o esperar a que no quede nada limpio en la villa. O que no hay nada para colgar las toallas de ducha en algunos baños, aunque luego van con la etiqueta ecológica de si quieres reutilizarlo cuélgalo. Debe ser en el armario. Puede que el hotel sea mejor, pero no repetiría.

Las villas están alejadas y había un servicio q te llevaba hasta la entrada de Terra mítica, el chofer muy majo. Lo malo una de las villas no funcionaba bien la hornalla y nos dijeron que iba así su técnico y teníamos otra e iba mucho mejor. Luego q nos dijeron que entraba Aqualandia con la reserva de hotel y una vez allí, no nos querían dejar pasar. Nos mandaban a Mundomar. El parque de Terra mítica muy bien.
