"We found the room to be clean; however, the furniture was heavily stained and in need of updating. There was no hot tub on the property, which was disappointing. The tennis and pickleball courts were the worst I’ve ever played on. The surface was a mix of sand and grass, which prevented the pickleball from bouncing properly and made it unsafe to run on. They need to convert at least one of the courts to a real Pickleball court, and resurface the tennis court. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. However, we did not receive enough information about the activities available—especially adult evening activities—which made it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort had to offer. Additionally, due to the way restaurant reservations are set up, it is very unlikely that you’ll be able to dine at one of the specialty restaurants on your first night. Instead, you are directed to the buffet, which is only appealing for one visit at most - and that should be breakfast "

"We stayed at the resort from Feb 25-Mar 5. Loved the resort! Extremely clean, food was amazing, drinks plentiful, grounds beautiful, rooms large and comfortable. I have never been to a resort with so many pool umbrellas and side tables. Never an issue to get seats or shade. If you are a beach lover this is not the resort. We knew this when we booked and it didn’t deter us. I have nothing but good things to say. The app to book à la Carts was a bit challenging but we made it work. Will definitely return. "

"We stayed here for a week (family vacation). The food was absolutely delicious and the staff very friendly. You need to make dinner reservations but there’s plenty of options to choose from. Most of the pools were a bit cold but that’s to be expected mid-February. We would definitely come back again! "

"Clean room but the shower leaked all over the floor. Staff were lovely, pools were great however I feel like there was a lack of snack bars. It was quite the distance from the pool with the slide to get snacks at the coffee bar. "
