"The rooms were a little smaller than a normal size hotel room, but very clean and the beds were also very comfortable. The AC worked perfectly. We just needed it for one night, and it ticked all the boxes. They even have an indoor pool, that can be used all year round. The breakfast area was a little bit on the small side and did not have that many options, so we ended up making a McDonald’s run. Not a deal breaker for us. I will say, the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Definitely will be staying there again in the future. "
"Our “classic” room faced the morning sun, and the pull-down shade did little to stop the room from lighting up at sunrise. Surely they could have invested in some blackout curtains. The combination of rain showerhead and low water pressure was unsatisfying, along with whatever that gunk was that was causing the bathtub to drain so slowly.
But the big problem arose with the meals. Guests are supposed to enjoy a complimentary full-scale breakfast on the weekends. When we checked in, we were told that because they were having a Mother’s Day brunch at 11 AM (which we were not made aware of in advance), they were only going to hand out a breakfast burrito to guests that morning.
I booked a table at their”Eighteen99” restaurant for 7:45 PM. Our server was friendly but clumsy and forgetful. The highlight of the dinner was the crab cake appetizer; unfortunately, it took 35 minutes to arrive. I ordered the $60 elk dinner. The preparation looked like it had been slapped together – – a barely seasoned boiled potato, quarter of an onion wedge, and meat that was overcooked (but not inedible) and a little bit of salty au jus on the side. During the meal, I asked our waiter about the absence of bread service, which seemed unusual for a restaurant of this kind. He gasped and said he completely forgot, and brought us each a tiny roll. We were told that half of their four dessert offerings were unavailable, and when I asked for a refill of iced tea, I was told that they also ran out of that!"

"We were offered the room over the laundry and pool maintenance building. It was huge / a king jr suite but the bathroom was small and the faucets were loose. Bed was good and had little noise.
Breakfast was ok, but why were the biscuits in the fridge? Ok selection otherwise"
