"Our stay was great! We Loved the location , the balcony view , the customer service was nice , the only thing that didn't like we were 2 hrs earlier and asked if we could check in early and she said that we could get one , but with 50 dollars extra .. most hotels let us in if a room is ready .. also just one elevator was working on a busy weekend.. and on the third day for few that one lost power , and had to walk down from the 12th floor .. mechanical emergencies happen , but i got stay honest...

"The room cleanliness was a 6/10. Started off bad when we checked in the lady in the front desk gave us all the information about the room but completely forgot to give us our room keys, so we get to our room keyless then we wasted our 35 mine in line. Very unprofessional
Rooms are very outdated. Lamps inside rooms are old and some had mold around them. Our TV control did not work and neither did our wifi.
