"My bathroom smelled like an open sewer, was told that someone would check it Saturday morning. That didn't happen, when we returned back after concert Saturday night the smell was just as bad. The front desk, valet and bar/restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. Maybe IHG members should have access to the shuttle for trips to downtown stadium areas also."

"Wonderful expat the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Cleveland! The facility was clean, restaurant was delicious and reasonable and the staff were friendly and accommodating! I would stay there again without hesitation if I venture back to Cleveland"

"Everything about my stay was horrible. From the pool being closed without any notice even when we called to confirm our reservation, to not being placed in the room we payed for. When we got to the room, they keys didn't work and then the outside door in the room didn't lock and had to be held shut with an old curtain rod. Curtains didn't shut all the way so people could just see in the room. There was only one towel in the room, the toilet would not stop running, and when we turned on the shower, it was broke, as in it was scolding hot and would not get cold. When we got there, we used a different card for the incidental fee but when they ran their audit at night, they charged my card for another incidental fee. (They took $100 from each of us) We had maintenance come to the room to fix the shower but they said it needed a part so they moved us to another room (still not the room we payed for.) This room was better in some aspects, such as more than one towel and we actually had a trash can with a bag. The outside door locked but it was absolutely filthy and the inner curtain was broken. 100% will never stay again."

"The the parking setup was beyond ridiculous, and in all honesty it may not be the hotel's fault but it falls on the hotel call it we are the they I was charged for 2 days of parking when I only stayed one night the gentleman who picked up the vehicle to bring back was working by himself the system never notified myself and my daughter that our car was available. Then it impacted everyone myself the one person working by himself and everybody waiting for the car we were notified 30 to 40 minutes into our weight that they were finally retrieving the car when in reality it was waiting for us where we were supposed to come I am not going to wait in the rain if I'm been told that my vehicle is not yet available for pickup. I fully expect to be reimbursed at a bare minimum the extra day I was I was charged for my parking and this needs to be done I don't care who does it and in reality I want to be credited for the full thing because this was ridiculous. Also, in the end we realized when we were halfway home that he didn't give me all of my keys back there were two keys missing along with a keychain keepsake from my daughter that I can't replace I expect to be contacted by someone I don't care who it is and there needs to be something done to rectify the situation it was bad for everyone involved"
