O hotel é muito charmoso, com uma decoração aconchegante e muito bonita. É bem localizado e próximo da Maria Fumaça. O apartamento é confortável, porém, devido a acústica, é possível ouvir a movimentação no corredor e nos apartamentos vizinhos. O chuveiro poderia ser a gás mas o elétrico estava agradável. ...

Pousada barulhenta, horrível de dormir a noite! O estacionamento é extremamente apertado e ruim e entrar, tivemos que deixar o carro na rua! Pelo que entendi, se atrapalharam na nossa reserva, e quando chegamos quase ficamos sem hospedagem.

Tri Hotel Bento Gonçalves
This was an older hotel, and it could use some upgrading. But overall, it served its purpose. I would not stay in the winter, as the rooms are very cold.
