"Had to change our first room because it was so filthy second room. The toilet was broke. The microwave didn’t work."

"The hotel overall needs attention as things are worn. Overall it was ok but not as pristine as most Holiday Inn Express."

"Breakfast was delish each day! Room was well stocked."

"Good place to stay for business in Madison or Ridgeland. Pretty clean, very pleasant staff, good free continental breakfast. Good value for the money. I would stay there again."

"Tv remote did not work. Refrigerator was leaking water, soaking the carpet. Bed sheets still visibly dirty, and had pink stains. Very strange smell that lasted all night and morning."

"Quiet. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only negative - evidence of water damage and suspected mold in the room. Looked to be due to leaky appliance. I’m sure it’s being remediated."

"Room was dirty, stains on the wall, dirt by the tv stand. Carpet down the halls unvacuumed. Creepy guy in the hallway, made us uncomfortable. Breakfast was microwaved food, hash browns worst ever, tasted reheated, same with the sausage. Bagels were the only thing edible, so we had that and apples"

"Great place to wtay."

"Skip this hotel unless youre on the run from the mob or Mexican Mafia! Staff is amazing, they are making the most of an old, poorly maintained building. Dirty linen, stained towels and old raggedy bathroom. Decent kitchenette and full sized fridge but I'd be afraid to use it. Spend a few more dollars and go to better hotel."
