construction in the area made it hard to find entrance. no signage to redirect guests. unhelpful approach from reception - had to ask for help to take up a kettle as I had to carry up my two bags. Charged €2 to store luggage for guests. Very basic service for a park inn hotel.

A truly awful place and the bed was so uncomfortable. I had to move to a different hotel. I was assured by Evie at the reception that I would receive a refund for last 3 nights which is why I decided to move and the after I left I was told that I wouldn’t receive this after all.
