This place was super clean, very centralized to old town bern and the train station that I rarely took the bus. I even walked alone at night and felt safe. it exceeded my expectations and you get a free bus pass. I will definitely be back!

The most fantastic staff ever, so welcoming and warm, and gave great advice for visiting the city! Lovely clean room, great amenities, basic but decent breakfast, and ideal location!

Stay KooooK Bern City – Online Check In
Staff was friendly and helpful. The common area was nice and accommodating. Luggage room had locks to secure your luggage in case you arrive early or need to depart later. The espresso machine was very very nice for us to get our drinks 24/7!! We were so happy that there's an elevator all the way ...
