"Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was dirty behind TV desk, our fridge didn’t work and leaked water onto the floor. They did replace it. The beds were nice n comfortable. Pool area was not to bad. This is why I rated lower due to cleanliness issue and fridge issue! "
"I did not have a phone in my room. I reposted to checkout desk. I didnt want them to think i stole it. The vanity lights didnt work. Had to put makeup on in dim hallway light shadow. No shower exhaust for steam. No make-up remover packets. Short on care for room.
