"The room itself was fair. The check in process was horrible. I paid to upgrade my room and have a high floor. Upon arrival (check in @3pm) they had me and my wife waiting for 2 hours to get our room. They said they would call when it was ready, they didn’t. I was sitting right next to the reception desks, nobody informed me. After approaching to see if it was ready, they said the room was ready after 2 whole hours.
