"Room was clean and staff was friendly. Jacqueline (not sure of spelling) was friendly at check in and she did a great job handling the situation she was placed in. We were in the midst of a snow storm and she lost internet and computer for about an hour. Lots of agitated guests were rolling in and she handled it like a champ. "

Great location - close to highway and lots of restaurants in plaza - Neighboors and North italia were favorites from our trip.
Staff super friendly and survived TN snow storm of 2026 in comfort.
Only negative was that HBO was not included on tv as it was in other Marriott properties
