"Schönes und ruhiges Bio-Hotel"

"This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic. The staff here are superbly hospitable. The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective. Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent. Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam,...

"Rooms were comfortable Breakfast was a cold continental breakfast Close to the town. Was a great place for an overnight"

"The location was perfect & the view of Lake Neuchatel and the Alps was beautiful! The room was dark and the pillows and bedding were supremely comfortable."

"Alles super."

"Hotel"

"The GuestHouse was a unique and wonderful place. We had small kitchen/dining area and a lovely bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there was a place to make breakfast and coffee. There is a nice bakery across the street, too. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Newly renovated with very nice style."

"Location is super to reach everything on foot, staff very friendly and helpful"

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt, Platz für Motorräder, nacht aufgrund der Lage recht laut."

"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. If I were to nickpick, I hope that they can rotate at least one of the dishes at breakfast. I stayed facing the river. Oh, it has air conditioning that works how you want it to be so it will be great for Summer."

"We spent a fantastic weekend at Petit Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean. The sauna and Haman were comfortable. I was very satisfied to have such a relax time there."

"Simple accommodations but very well done. Excellent staff and breakfast"

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Neuchâtel, especially the lakefront, the Collegiate Church, and the castle area, all within easy walking distance. A couple of maintenance issues could use attention — the toilet seat in our room was loose and the shower drain cover kept coming off during use. The room was also quite warm at night. We were able to open...

"Simply wonderful experience. The Grand Hotel is family owned and almost everyone participates. They are at the front counter one day and serving you food at the hotel restaurant that evening. The hotel is based on providing a wonderful spa experience. We didn't get a massage but used the sauna's, indoor [colder] pool, the outdoor [hotter] water pool with multiple water jets, and the lounge rooms and loved them all. The minuses; we didn't have a car and the hotel is way to far above the...
