"Ok"

"Room was very well appointed and lots of plug sockets everywhere. Nice bathroom, shower enclosure leaked (I rarely find a hotel that doesn't). Room was warm even in March and the air-con only worked for heat at that time of year. TV had only 2 English news channels, not even one English movie or music channel. Shame. It's nice to go to bed and watching something for an hour..... We would stay again, it's super central and we paid only £75 p/n."

"Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, the cleaners also appeared to forget that guests were still in the room sleeping. However, the reception staff were amazing. All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good."
