"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city."

"Got there at 340 and our room was not ready yet So we had to change in our pickup, to go to a concert cause he wouldn't let me check in"

"The TV remote was very difficult to use--buttons had been pushed so much that you practically had to pound them to get the buttons to work! Needed batteries? The toilet moved when you went to sit on it---needs to be rebolted to the floor. The heater/air conditioning unit in window worked but the temperature proved uneven most of the night forcing us to get up constantly and adjust it.l The morning breakfast was OK but selection could have been better."

"No sheets or blanket for sofa bed. The carpet was ripped. Not worth $200 for the night."

"Very clean and conveniently close to the airport. Not a while lot nearby right now, but area is building. So if you want food you'll need to travel. But nice property."

"The room was super clean and the staff accommodated the best they could to our needs. The only thing is the breakfast was not ideal. The OJ did not taste like OJ, I do not know what that was. "

"The breakfast was good and convenient. We had a room where the water from the shower drained out to the rest of the bathroom. So our bathroom floor stayed soaked. I understand that this was a handicapped accessible room but they too could have benefitted from a dry bathroom floor and some drawers to put clothes in. Not one drawer and only 3 hangers. Alex was wonderful and helpful, and parking was convenient."

"Staff was great. Park and fly option is great. My only complaint is that the tv is mounted in a weird way so only one of us could see the screen from the bed. The bathroom hand soap is mounted on a wall so you have to shut the door to use the sink. It was pretty noisy in the hallways in early evening. Other than that it was a great stay."

"The room had all the necessities. A microwave and refrigerator aswell. Although the condition of the rooms seems to be deteriated with visibly damaged walls and overpainted doors. Sink and the room sidedoor had issues such as a nearly unfunctional lock and an every-so-often clogging sink."

"They charged us a $50 deposit, claiming they would refund it at checkout—but that never happened. They stole our $50, and the exact same thing happened to some acquaintances of ours. On top of that, the refrigerator didn't even work."

"My experience was average. The place had a smell that I didn’t find pleasant, and the walls showed several imperfections that could be improved. I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again."

"When we first started walked into the room it had a terrible smell, it smelled like old and smoke. The tv didn’t work and all furniture were dirty and old. The curtains made you want to throw up, we asked for a change of room. The new room had a broken window that was taped, the couch was really dirty and the new room was just as terrible as the other one, only this time the tv actually worked. "My husband and I were in Townsend for our grand daughter's wedding. We stayed at Laural Valley Mountain Retreat. We were on the second floor and had a great view. When I booked our room, I had no idea we would be walking up 21 steps to our room. SURPRISE!!!! These are thing you really need to know about when booking.
