"It was clean and staff was helpful. Well appointed room with comfortable king bed and full kitchen appliances. Really the only problem was our TV didn't work and no one ever fixed it after 2 asks. We were in the room so little, it wasn't a big deal, but had we been, it would have been. It was really noisy on the street outside our windows (we were facing the main street) but the city has a curfew and right at 10 pm most all the noise stopped and was easy to go to sleep."

"I was here for a convention so the location can't be beat. The hotel has been recently updated so all the rooms are new, they kept some of the older closets which are clean and newly painted. One really weird and annoying in room item is the movement activated light. I'm sure someone thought it was a good idea but it turns on to movement in the middle of the night which was not helpful. The service was outstanding; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The batteries on the in room safe were dead and they fixed it immediately Highly recommend"

"Excellent location within walking distance from downtown and literally across the street from the express bus from airport. Hotel was very clean and the staff were super helpful. Area felt safe to walk around and it was quiet enough for sleeping. Would have liked a kettle for the room, but other than that, it was all good."

"There were holes in the sheets and towels. As the sheet slid off the comforter the next morning, it revealed visible multicolor stains (yellow and green). There was an odor from the garbage disposal. The elevator carpet was gross. The room had a natural fiber (seagrass type) rug, which I would appreciate, but it's not sanitary--you can't clean that except by vacuuming and it looked a little grimy, and it was leaving shards of fibers all embedded in my socks. The grout in the bathroom was dirty by the toilet and light gray elsewhere, so that's never seen bleach. The pictures looked good online I should've stayed at a name-brand lower-tier hotel for around the same price. I mistakenly thought this was a small boutique hotel but it was more of a budget hotel. But what really stuck with me was my towel--it had multiple holes and areas that were completely worn through in weird shapes. Who saw that and folded it and thought that it was ok for a customer to use. There was a glass in the cabinet that was clearly used but not washed. So wash everything first before using--with the hand soap at the sink, because there's no dish soap, only dishwasher pods. There was a large police presence and metal detectors on the sidewalk out front and signs saying "no guns." But I think that's because it's a bar/nighclub area. One more thing: the blackout curtains didn't quite cover each window so morning light would come in and they were wrinkled (maybe they were new and not ironed)."
